General conditions:

Prices of the products are in euros (€) and do not include VAT. Prices are valid unless a typographical error has been made or the item is no longer stocked.

Sales carried out by Mendizabal S.L., will be subject to Spanish laws with the corresponding payment of taxes.

Photographs illustrating the products are not part of the contract and may not be considered the basis for any commitment on the part of Mendizabal, S.L.

Mendizabal, S.L., reserves the right to unilaterally and at all times modify the price of the product and services offered on its Web page. In order to guarantee for the customer the veracity and certainty of the price in question, the price will be that shown on the publicity at the moment of formalising the order.

Payment methods:

Single party: Secure payment by credit card through the Web site. Your payment is made through the credit or debit card using the online payment platform of the accredited bank entity and the introduced data will be those transmitted directly to the latter. Mendizabal will not keep these data.

Mendizabal, S.L., has chosen these solutions to offer you better security. For payments made with cards issued outside of Spain, it is necessary for the issuing bank to be part of the security protocol of Comercio Electrónico Seguro (CES, Secure Electronic Commerce). Payment with cards that do not comply with this requirement will not be admitted.

Mendizabal, S.L., reserves the right to reject any operation carried out with a credit card.
